What is Caving: going underground where is Hollow/Empty/Vacant/Concave structure of ground is caving (cave + in = Caving). Horizontal, vertical up, vertical down, narrow gully or, under water anything could be the features of the cave. In the technical cave where it requires certain skill and equipments: rope, harness, belay device, carrabina, oxygen, mask for under water. repelling, Jummering, heaping, crowing, breath controlling are the techniques and head torch, shoe and dress also good to add on the caving activities. Exploring Cave or, extreme cave is really danger, due to no oxygen supplementary and there could be toxic gases. So, it requires Caving specific skill and experiences. I am here for support to Caving in Nepal as we can make so much good difference together.

Caving in Nepal: Physical site is located on the way of Kathmandu (130 km) to Pokhara. Explore south Asia’s BIGGEST CAVE, SIDDHA GUPHA CAVE, Bandipur, Nepal. Straight vertical in narrow gully with just some places have winding curb where you are benefited to have little rest with less strength in rope. These places are also used for extending the anchor for another pitch. This "Sky Repelling" is first one explored and the only one Cave Repelling" in Nepal and also in south Asia.
